What we offer

Bombshell Pilates is a studio rooted in the classical tradition and focused on you. Looking for strength & mobility training, rehab, prehab, or just a great full-body workout? We can help. Start with 1:1 training, and then try out our small group 1:3 classes and mat classes. Train in-studio or through virtual sessions. We’ve got something for everyone!

Group Mat Classes

Just you, a mat, and up to 10 people for a focused 50 minute session.

  • The mat work is an important component of Classical Pilates. There are no springs or apparatus to help you along — just you and your mat, going through the very challenging repertoire! The Pilates Mat keeps you honest. Practice just twice a week, and you’ll see a marked difference in your strength, flexibility, and mental acuity.

Small group reformer pilates classes

Duets & Trios

Small group classes (aka semi-privates) that include Pilates equipment, limited to 3 people.

  • A semi-private is that sweet spot between a one-on-one private and a full-on group class. Equipment semi-privates are capped at 3 people and utilize the reformer or the tower, and are 50 minutes.

Private Sessions

Classical Pilates training with expert teachers in a one-on-one setting.

  • A Bombshell Pilates session is truly private. Say goodbye to crowded studio floors, with all its distractions. Find your focus in our private micro studios with your teacher's undivided attention. You'll utilize a mixture of different Pilates apparatus, including the reformer, and you can shut out all the distractions of New York City life.

Intro Packs

We strongly recommend starting with our private intro pack! But you’re welcome to start with whichever pack works best for you. You may do all three packs, but they must all be completed within the same 30 day period. Complete all packs within 30 days, and receive 10% off your next regular pack.

Bombshell [bom-shel] noun

Someone who is strong inside and out; someone who is comfortable in their own skin; someone who exudes confidence — probably because they do Pilates.

  • We’re your Pilates oasis! Our studio has 3 spaces — 2 private studios for our one-on-one sessions, and a larger third space for our group classes and small group classes—or no more than 2 additional private sessions. You have enough distractions in your life. We’ll make your Pilates session distraction-free.

    Our small group classes take place in our front room and are limited to ten people. We also hold small group classes on equipment with no more than 3 people.

  • Our classical Pilates teachers easily customize the Pilates method to fit you and your goals. We get to know you and your body, and help you set reachable goals for your Pilates practice — and help you achieve them. Read more about us below.

  • Kelly, our founder and lead teacher, founded a studio where everyone can learn the magic of the classical Pilates method and apply it to their individual bodies.

    We believe in teaching without judgement. We’re gonna challenge you, but we’ll never make you feel like you’re not good enough. We believe in healthy movement and body confidence, and we want YOU to feel like the Bombshell you are.

  • What is classical Pilates like?

    Low reps with big results. In classical, a few reps done really well with a lot of focus will make you sweat just as much as 20 reps done with no connection.

    Low intensity, but you’ll still get that muscle shake.

    A focus on symmetry, concentration, and breath control, as well as uniform muscle development. You'll feel stronger and more energized both physically and mentally!

    Hands-on training. Pilates is a vast system of exercise, and we tailor each and every system to you and your needs.
